modified the steam face concert with eucalyptus oil and sigur rós. pretty sure i ascended to another dimension. anyone else try this combo?

steps

  1. fill a large bowl with hot water
  2. add 3-5 drops of eucalyptus essential oil
  3. queue up sigur rós (recommend ágætis byrjun album)
  4. put on noise-cancelling headphones
  5. place your face over the bowl and cover your head with a towel
  6. breathe deeply and let the music wash over you
  7. stay for at least 10 minutes or until the water cools

✨ pro tip

add a small string of LED lights under the bowl for a subtle glow through the steam
