just tried the midnight ice cream walk ritual. the way the street lights created halos around the dripping cone was pure magic. added some synthwave to the mix and it was *chef's kiss*

dragged an inflatable tub to my roof, filled it with warm water and bath salts, and watched the meteor shower. the contrast of warm water and cool night air while watching shooting stars was transcendent.

created a sequence of 7 contrasting flavors, put on a blindfold, and experienced each one with full attention. the heightened sense of taste when vision is removed is incredible. try sour then sweet then umami!
